Welcome to The Botanical Bazaar. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. These highlights summarize our policies for convenience. For the complete legal agreement, please refer to our Full Terms & Conditions.
1. Local Pickup & Orders
The Botanical Bazaar currently operates as a local nursery serving the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area. All orders are local pickup only unless otherwise stated. After placing an order request, we will confirm plant availability and coordinate pickup details via email. Plants are held for 48 hours after confirmation unless otherwise arranged. Please inspect your plant at pickup. Once a plant leaves our care, responsibility transfers to the customer.
2. Shipping
We are currently testing safe shipping methods for live plants. Shipping is not available at this time. When shipping becomes available, this page will be updated with full details and policies.
3. Live Plant Guarantee
We carefully inspect all plants prior to pickup and stand behind their health.
First 7 Days: If a plant declines within 7 days of pickup due to a hidden issue such as pests, disease or root problems present at the time of sale, contact us with clear photos. If the issue is determined to have originated prior to pickup, we may offer a replacement if available or store credit. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of pickup.
After 7 Days: Plant health depends heavily on environment, watering, lighting and care. After the initial 7 day period, we cannot guarantee plant performance. However, we are happy to provide care guidance and troubleshooting advice.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept traditional returns once plants leave our care. Please choose plants suitable for your environment. We encourage questions before purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Botanical Bazaar is not responsible for plant health issues resulting from environmental conditions, improper watering, transplant shock, pests introduced after pickup or other factors beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant.
6. Website & Availability
Plant availability may change quickly. Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors or unforeseen issues.
