We want you and your plants to start strong together. We inspect every plant before pickup and stand behind their health. This policy outlines how we handle issues that may arise.
Live Arrival & First 7 Days
- For local pickup, please inspect your plants when you receive them. If you notice any problem (pests, disease, or severe root issues), tell us right away.
- If a plant clearly declines within 7 days due to a hidden issue on our side, contact us with photos and we will do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.
After 7 Days
Plant health depends heavily on care and environment. After the first week we can’t guarantee outcomes, but we’re happy to offer advice and troubleshooting.
No Traditional Returns
We do not accept returns of live plants once they leave our care. Please only purchase plants that are a good match for your space and light. Feel free to ask questions before purchasing; we are here to help.
