Your satisfaction and the health of your new plants are our top priorities. Every plant is inspected for quality before pickup, and we happily stand behind their condition at the point of sale. This page explains how we handle concerns and how we support you after your plants go home.
During Pickup & First 7 Days
- Inspect at Pickup: When you collect your order, take a moment to look over your plants. If you spot pests, disease or severe root issues, please bring it to our attention immediately and we will exchange or refund that plant.
- First Week Guarantee: If a plant drastically declines within the first 7 days due to a hidden issue on our end, send us photos and a description. We will work with you to replace the plant or issue store credit.
After 7 Days
Beyond the first week, plant success depends on factors like light, watering and care practices. While we cannot guarantee outcomes after this period, we're always available for troubleshooting and advice. Reach out anytime – we love helping your plants thrive.
Return Policy
Because plants are living items that can be affected by many variables, we do not accept traditional returns once they leave our care. Please purchase plants appropriate for your space and ask us for recommendations if you're uncertain. We're here to guide you before, during and after your purchase.
